Last dive ends after the morning dives on the second-to-last day

This allows the required minimum pre-flight surface interval of 18 hours before flying after diving the next day. Guests will then have plenty of time on this economy Sorong liveaboard for some rest and relaxation on the cruise back to Sorong.

Days 2 - 9 = A typical dive day on the low-price Raja Ampat liveaboard Putri Papua consists of a maximum of 4 dives per day, usually including a first class Indonesia night dive! All dives will be at the Raja Ampat archipelago - regarded by many as the number one Indonesia liveaboard dive destination with it’s array of world class dive sites!

Day 10 = (2 dives) Final day of diving - with 2 amazing Raja Ampat dives before setting sail for Sorong Harbour.

Day 11 = (0 dives) After breakfast, guests will check out and say their goodbyes to each other and the crew onboard Putri Papua. Gratis land transfers are ONLY included from this value for money Raja Ampat diving liveaboard to Sorong Airport.

All dives will be in Misool and Raja Ampat, which offer truly world class Indonesia liveaboard diving, with pristine beautiful reefs & habitats, and more fish than you can shake a stick at (an abundance of marine life unrivalled anywhere else in the world!)

Day 10 = (2 dives) Last two dives of the tour - with 2 top Raja Ampat dives before journeying back to Sorong Harbour.

Day 11 = (0 dives) After breakfast, time to say goodbye to the Putri Papua crew and fellow guests. Complimentary land transfers are provided ONLY to Sorong Airport from this value for money Raja Ampat liveaboard dive boat.

COVID-19 Indonesia Travel Information

From the 10th of June 2023 onwards – visitors are no longer required to provide any proof of vaccination for international arrivals and domestic travel within Indonesia.

Additionally, the Indonesian Government has also extended Visa On Arrival (VOA) to 86 Nationalities who are eligible to enter Indonesia without a visa for up to 30 days, as well as the Visa Exemption Arrangement (VEA) to more ASEAN members. For a complete list of countries and special entities for VOA and VEP please double check with your local Embassy of Indonesia.

Citizens from Countries/Territories NOT on these lists must apply for and be granted an eVISA (B211A) online BEFORE flying to Indonesia.

Please Note: Pre travel to Indonesia post COVID-19 – ALL visitors MUST:

1. Have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months, that it is in good order, has enough available pages and that you are allowed to enter Indonesia. Please check with your local Indonesia Embassy if you are not sure.

2. Have proof (paper based AND digital) of a return ticket OR a one-way ticket to continue your journey to another country for (VOA & eVISA holders).

The above conditions are subject to change / amendment to change at short notice. All visitors are personally responsible for ensuring that they follow the latest Indonesian rules & regulations regarding entry and Indonesia Visa requirements.

Please note:

*Fuel surcharges. While there is currently no fuel surcharge - in certain circumstances it may be possible prices change after a contract between the Boat Operator/Agent and the guest has been entered into. The circumstances under which this may occur, are increases in transportation costs - including significant rising fuel costs. In such cases, it will therefore be necessary to implement a fuel surcharge PER person on the kind understanding that guests agree to pay any justifiable increase.

Scuba Diving Insurance is required for ALL Raja Ampat scuba diving trips on Putri Papua.

Although Travel Insurance, Medical Insurance and Cancellation Insurance are at present not compulsory (subject to change) for Putri Papua liveaboard diving trips - we would very strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive Travel, Medical and Cancellation Insurance for all Raja Ampat liveaboard safaris on Putri Papua. If you have neither comprehensive travel insurance or diving insurance then you would be highly advised to look at obtaining your own comprehensive scuba dive, accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance prior to joining any Indonesia diving liveaboard cruise.

Dive computers although at this moment not compulsory – are again strongly advised for your safety on ALL Putri Papua diving liveaboard tours.

For all Putri Papua Raja Ampat diving trips, we highly recommend that guests spend one night in a local Hotel in Ujung Pandang/Manado/Sorong BEFORE the trip - in case of any unforeseeable flight/luggage delays or flight cancellations.
